This program is designed to accelerate the adoption of hybrid-electric and all-electric vehicle solutions for Toronto's public and private fleets and to prepare the City of Toronto for increased market penetration of plug-in vehicles. The FleetWise program will combine grants, green procurement, innovative financing, policy advocacy, and market research to advance the use of hybrid and electric vehicle solutions.
